Review by hotel critic
During my recent culinary exploration at Haus Schonblick, I was captivated by the unique dining experience offered at the hotel's restaurant. Start your day in a sunny breakfast room, where a delightful buffet breakfast awaits, reminiscent of the warmth of a Tyrolean morning. The homemade jams and freshly scrambled eggs with a touch of salt transported me to the heart of Austrian gastronomy. The attention to detail in each dish truly showcases the dedication of the talented kitchen staff. The ambiance of the restaurant perfectly complements the culinary innovation on the plate. Clean rooms and very friendly personnel set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The traditional Austrian flavors harmoniously blended with modern techniques, offering a delightful journey through Tyrolean cuisine. In essence, Haus Schonblick's restaurant provides a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation, making it a must-visit for culinary enthusiasts seeking an authentic taste of Austria.
